  • Aquacote Topcoat 500 ml
Date Added: 01/04/2013 by Stephen Fisher
I used Aquacote to repaint an old glass puffin Pacer. What a great product to use. Easy to apply using a foam roller. Good coverage. Easy clean up. The boat has been in use for nearly a year being dragged up and down a beach. Pulled on and off a trailer but has only minimal marks. I am going to use it to re paint an OK dinghy i am rebuilding. For once a product that works as advertised....

  • Bote-Cote 12 Litre Epoxy Kit
Date Added: 15/10/2012 by Julian Ro
I am extremely pleased that I obtained a cure, free of amine blush, despite some low overnight temperatures, 3C.
This is in marked contrast to my previous experiences with West System.
Perhaps you could approach ....... in ....... with a view to stocking your epoxy. Your formulation is clearly superior in outdoor, non temperature-controlled applications....

  • Bote-Cote 3 Litre Epoxy Kit
Date Added: 16/12/2010 by Jackson Digney
I started building a boat using west system epoxy, because it was what I had always used and I had access to wholesale rates on it. I found after a few days that I had really bad allergies and a completely blocked up nose. I could barely sleep and I put it down to some hay fever. I then ran out of west system and only needing a small amount couldn't access the wholesale rates, I then found out about bote cote. I read up about it and discovered in the information that it was an low allergenic epoxy. The penny dropped! I changed to bote cote, and within 2 days my allergies were gone and my nose, which was previously, totally blocked all day and night despite any drugs, cleared up! I have also found the product to be user friendly and have actually benefited from the slightly higher viscosity with some of the work I have been doing. From here on in, it will be the only epoxy that I use because I now know its not only reliable and simple to use, but it doesnt cause me any health issues!...
  • Cop-R-Bote Foul Release Paint 3 litre
Date Added: 23/04/2010 by Paul Nudd
I have been using Cop-R-Bote on my catamarans since 1988. Since 1992 on the Crowther D#72 XL2. Cop-R-Bote allows me to achieve a hard mirror finish on the bottom. this is not possible with any other antifouling system. I love the performance advantage I get with Cop-R Bote and I feel good about the environmental benefits achieved by not polluting the waterways with toxic chemicals. Now I am buying Cop-R-Bote for my Corsair trailable trimaran which will be kept mainly on a mooring....
