Nails Silicon Bronze Silicon Bronze ring barb nails. These have annular rings in the shaft which "catch" on the wood fibres and greatly increase the resistance to being pulled out. They are silicon bronze which is highly corrosion resistant, especially in wet wood (most boat wood) where stainless steel will just rust away.
