Safety demands that you avoid getting epoxy and polyuethane all over you. That is why we recommend wearing disposable gloves when ever you are working with epoxy or Purbond. One of the big (actually little) problems with superemarket gloves is that they are all the same (small) size (probably because most of their customers are ladies). We have solved this with a range of sizes. Our most popular are extra large and extra extra large which most men seem to appreciate.
Another problem is gloves that will stand up to the stuff in epoxies. Many of the supermarket cheapo's will last 10 minutes or less in contact with the solvents. The gloves for sale here are nitrile rubber, and they give us much better performance. We have tested their breakthrough time with our products and it is very satisfactory for all but the paint stripper and the Cop-R-Bote hardener.
