This is a woven tape with 90% of the fibre direction running along the length of the tape, that is in the warp direction. This means that it primary strength is along the length of the tape. the tape is approximately 0.20mm thick.
This tape is popular in durfboiard construction where it can be sued to help reove the need for wooden stringers from end to end. It high modulus (its stiffness, low strech) means it can be sued to add stiffness in specific areas.
