This is a manganese bronze HARP shackle. It has a Pin Diameter of 8mm, a shackle diameter of 8mm and an approximate breaking strain rating of 1200kg. The opening is about 16mm wide. The sample shackles are marked SWL 7 CWT. We haven't tested this how-ever.
